Now here I am to write about happiness ..
I was just a bit happy after a long term of brutal sadness..So yeah forget all that has passed by and go ahead...
What does happiness signify to one ? OR more ...
When does one say he is happy ?
Let's see...
Whenever you feel whatever you expect or something better than that has happened, we feel contented..
If something happens which we were not expecting then there is something missing in our heart...We feel uncomfortable and discontented...
Now take the key words - contended and discontended from these sentences above - so it all ends up how you feel at your heart and how full do you feel to yourself..
If suppose, we are content with or adjust and try to be contended with all that we have then that would mean we are happy or atleast trying to be happy...
Live every moment of life as if it is your precious one (I won't say live it like the last moment)...
Count the amount of precious moments you have had in your life and then try to map it how happy you have been in your life..They would be the same.. Treat every moment of your life as the most precious ones...When you treat them so - you feel contended - the base for happiness!
Enjoy every preious moment of your life, especially times which we have longed for - you never know how long they will stay - or for a matter of fact - will they stay ?

yeah.. True Bharath! Happiness comes naturally when we appreciate the things in and around us. Shifting our thoughts frm wat dont posses to what we possess, we start feeling happy!!
